Welcome to the Graylingwell website

Following months of working with the local community the Homes and Communities Agency, Linden Homes and Downland Housing Association are thrilled by Chichester District Council’s resolution to grant planning permission for the Graylingwell site. The permission is subject to signature of various legal agreements and support by the Government Office for the South East (GOSE). It is anticipated that the formal permission will be issued by Chichester District Council by the end of April.

Now that the resolution to grant has been made, work will begin to prepare for the construction of 110 homes as part of phase one, which was granted detailed permission in March 2009.  At the same time outline permission was granted for a further eight phases – each of these will be subject to a detailed planning applications in due course.
