Contact and sales information

Graylingwell has now been granted detailed planning permission for phase one and outline planning permission for the site as a whole. This means that the consultation on these applications has now closed.

There will be further consultation when detailed planning permission is sought for further phases of the development (phases two – nine).

If you would like to register an interest as a potential purchaser please email emily.nesbitt@lindenhomes.co.uk. Your details will then be added to the sales database and at the appropriate time the team will be able to contact all those who have registered to notify them of the next steps for becoming a resident of Graylingwell.
