Next steps

A resolution to grant detailed planning permission for phase one and outline permission for phases two – nine has now been made by Chichester District Council’s Area Development Committee (South). If you would like to view details of the approved application, you can do so by following links to the Public Access portal from the planning section of Chichester District Council’s website and entering the application reference 08/03533/OUT.

Over the next few months, the team will begin to prepare for the construction of phase one. As detailed planning applications for further phases are prepared over the coming months and years, information will be posted on this page detailing next steps and details of further public consultation activity.
